  • We made the change for several important reasons:

    • We want to offer more real-time, interactive support to managers.

    • We want to supplement the core curriculum with additional relevant trainings, group coaching, leadership exercises, and more.

    • We don’t want managers trying to navigate leadership alone. Too many managers don’t have access to supportive peer networks within their organizations, so we want The Management Essentials to provide that critical community support.

    • We want the program to be more affordable and accessible. A smaller, monthly investment makes that possible for organizations of all sizes.

  • Your membership gives you unlimited access to the on-demand training modules so you can complete them at your ideal pace. Each of the six modules will take 30-45 minutes to complete. If you are completing the modules with a cohort in a group setting, we recommend scheduling 60-90 minutes for each training to allow time for discussion and training exercises.

    All-Access Pass and Platinum Members receive access to multiple live sessions every month. Most of these sessions are between 30-60 minutes.

  • There are three membership plans available (see pricing above). There is no long-term commitment and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
